So, last week I did my very first vlog…….I was so nervous. So far I have been fairly anonymous. It’s all been about the recipes and the ingredients, rather than me…..or at least I hope it has!?
Then, Good to Know Essentials Magazine asked me if I would do a recipe for them. They wanted a meal for 4, with lots of hidden veg for the kids, for under £5. Fairly straightforward right? Then they asked me to do a short video of how to make it……*gasps in horror*
Even though I have watched it about 500 times during editing, I still cringe a little when I see it. It’s like watching yourself on a family video…..I don’t talk like that do I? Why is my face doing that thing?…..only it’s like watching yourself on a family video, pretending to be a TV presenter!
I’m sure I will get used to doing them. The main thing is that it’s a really quick way of showing you how to make the recipe and what it’s supposed to look like at all stages of cooking it.
